How to Request Deletion
Send an email to erpmess@nitj.ac.in with the subject line:
NITJ Mess ERP Data Deletion Request
Include the following details so the request can be verified:
- Registered name
- Roll number or user ID
- Hostel
- Role in the app, such as student, clerk, manager, or committee
- Whether you want account deletion, data deletion, or both
What May Be Deleted
Personal profile information, app account information, uploaded files, and user-submitted app data may be deleted when deletion is permitted by institutional and operational requirements.
What May Be Retained
Some records may be retained when required for billing, attendance, grievance handling, audit, security, dispute resolution, legal compliance, or institutional administration. If retention is required, access may be restricted or records may be minimized where practical.
Response Time
Deletion requests are reviewed after identity and account ownership are verified. Requests are handled as soon as reasonably possible based on operational and institutional requirements.
